Interdisciplinary Journal of Communication Sciences and Humanities

Comunicación y Hombre is a scientific, interdisciplinary and international journal of communication sciences and humanities. It aims to provide a forum for discussion and the dissemination of original research in disciplines that are directly related to communication or which enrich it from the humanistic point of view.

Work on the following themes, which should be based on a critical-realist search for truth, is particularly welcome: journalism, audio-visual communication, business communication, institutional communication, scientific communication, medical communication, legal communication, data communication, literary communication, communication and sociology, political communication, communication and education, communication and psychology, psychiatry, neurosciences, communication and philology, etymology, communication and anthropology, communication and art, architecture, urban planning, communication and philosophy, communication and theology…

The journal, which will be produced annually, will publish works under the Creative Commons licence CC BY 4.0 open content, open acces.

Comunicación y Hombre is a double-blind peer reviewed journal, and is listed in the DOAJ, adheres to COPE ethical guidelines, it is managed in OJS3.0, is listed in the DDFV repository, indexed in ESCI-WOS, FECYT, CSIC, MIAR, LATINDEX, DIALNET, REDALYC, DULCINEA, GOOGLE ACADÉMICO, REBIUN… The Editorial Board informs authors in 12 days if their work will be included, and seeks a response within 12 weeks. The journal will be published in Spanish and English from 2021.
