Demand and sensitivity in the 21st century classrooms

Abstract

This text aims to expose the paradigm shift that education is undergoing: education based on reason and based on the presence of educators and the emotional and social relationships established in the classroom. The role played by pedagogical communication, in both constructs, the different forms and elements of this communication is noticed so that the teaching-learning process in the classrooms takes place with the necessary and priority objective of transmitting knowledge and skills as well as skills of communication on the part of the learner with himself and his environment and, in this way, achieve a personal and social development that allows an optimal relationship with reality.
