Abstract

In a work environment characterized by the war for talent, the knowledge of values, attitudes and expectations of different generational cohorts are core issues for organizations. The results show that the anticipated workfamily conflict expectations are low and the apathy to these issues could explain why these expectations do not impact their work goals.
