The radio as alternative communication and participation of the Third Sector in Spain and France

Abstract
Third Sector Media Communication are an informative offer and participation outside of traditional media, promoted and targeted at specific social groups. In the case of radio, they are represented by so-called community radio, free radio, associative radios, cultural radios and so-called university radio. In the recent study is described the situation of such stations in France and Spain, as communication vehicles and alternative participation in their local and global aspect, when they use the Internet.
