Abstract

The communication is over quite quality of the human life, or what is the same, indispensable requirement for a quality human life . Our time is of the victory of the communication, but fundamentally of the instrumental concept, that not humanist, of the communication. The study criticizes the fact that the communication is diminishing to one mere technological question, obviating his cultural and social dimensions, and proposes a few bases to approach the theory of the communication from the quality concept, understood as a term of deep moral roots that places the man in the center of our comunicative and informative worries.
