Public service advertising: legal regulation and disputes

Abstract

This study examines approach the legal regulation of public service advertising. First we expose the state of the art. Next we explain that the information and persuasion are characteristics of the public service advertising. Finally we analyse the legal framework, the disputes, the unfair competition, the investment and the transparency.
