The new web 1.0 and web 2.0-based participative resources in the Spanish directed to young people music radio stations’ websites
Abstract
Although interactivity is not new in radio, the Internet arrival has come to multiply the possibilities that listeners have to get in touch with the radio. This has given place to new participative modalities. In addition, in the last years, this catalogue has been increased, thanks to the participative technologies made possible by the so called web 2.0. At the present moment, these modalities are being incorporated slowly but preferably by the specialized in music and directed to a young public radio stations, given their special predilection for the changes and for the use of new technologies. In this article, we will have the opportunity to analyze how this incorporation is taking place. For it, in the last week of February 2009 a content analysis of the main websites of these radio stations has been made.
