Engagement, a platform for personal growth
Engagement as a construct has been used in the company to facilitate a greater involvement of the people in their work performance. Related to multiple variables and dimensions of the person, beyond the strategies and technical skills to fulfill the functions in the work, has implications in mental health. Based on the concept proposed in the Utrehct Work Engagement Scale questionnaire, propose keys that favor and stimulate, barriers that prevent it, benefits and consequences. Further development of the construct can be an optimal platform for the true commitment and promotion of the person.
